After being voted by Romans as the best player of the season, Radja Nainggolan released an interview on the Giallorosso’s official website, returning to some of the highlights of the ride that led Luciano Spalletti’s team to second place.

Among the highlights, the Belgian also included the two shots from distance which fired Roma to a win in the San Siro race.

Radja said, “The second goal I scored that day against Inter was probably my favorite goal this year. The first curler I scored was harder from the technical point of view, the second was a great goal, perhaps the second was more difficult because I ran a lot and in the end I had to find the strength to hit the ball. It was not easy, especially against a strong goalkeeper like Handanovic.”

Newly appointed Inter coach Luciano Spalletti is eyeing the Belgian as a key component to his Milano side.
