Opta – 5 Italians in the lineup, a first since the 2004/05 season

It was the first time in 12 years that Inter started with a side consisting of 5 Italian players Opta detail. The last occurrence came in the 2004/05 season. Against Lazio, Inter started with 5 and that number increased to 6 early on as Davide Santon replaced an injured Jeison Murillo.
