Inter owner Jindong Zhang wishes to create an international network of teams Tuttosport detail. Suning already own Inter, Jiangsu Suning, in their native China and are set to add Portuguese side Gil Vicente and Belgian outfit Royal Excel Mouscron to their network. The inspiration are the networks of Premier League sides Chelsea and Manchester City for Zhang. The blues have a well established relationship with Dutch top flight outfit Vitesse while the Citizens have New York City FC, Melbourne City FC and Yokohama F Marinos within their network.
Once Suning have established a network of teams in the sport and commercial side of things, they have a list of other aims to achieve. A Suning shop within Italy is one such aim as is being active in Italian real estate. A third and longstanding aim of the Chinese group since their arrival is to renovate the San Siro stadium.
