Juventus president Andrea Agnelli was deferred to an Italian Federal Prosecutor, which has lead to a lot of controversial talk. Today Il Corriere Dello Sera are reporting that this story has raised a lot of eyebrows.  The trial is set to begin in Turin, and there has been no investigation, with Juventus being the only witnesses. The sports justice committee does have a case. It is possible that Article 12 was violating, however, determining the magnitude of any fine would be difficult. Furthermore, this story could definitely erode the relationship between Juventus and the Italian FA. Carlo Tavecchio will not intervene in the case as the Federal Prosecutor has full independence over the case.
