The Corriere della Sera has taken a closer look at the Indonesian Olympic Committee corruption scandal involving Erick Thohir.

The Inter president is convinced that he has done nothing wrong, but is prepared to face the consequences should he be found guilty of breaching the law.

However, Suning, who care very much about the Nerazzurri’s image, will not like the negative publicity and controversy this story has stirred.

Thohir, who is now much less involved in corporate decision-making since the Frank De Boer fiasco, is likely to leave the club by June when he will sell the remainder of his shares.
