Fabrizio Biasin is the latest to condemn the standard of referees in Italian football. He took to twitter to condemn the officials who decided against disallowing Carlos Bacca’s game winning penalty for Milan against Sassuolo in which he scored with both his feet: “Six referees per game, 12 eyes, dead ball, no one sees the double touch from Bacca. Embarrassing referees”
