Donnarumma’s father: “He chose Milan as it was his favourite club, his brother also played there”

On Friday Gigi Donnarumma turns 18, to mark the occasion La Stampa interviewed his father who revealed why Gigi chose Milan over Inter when he was younger: “At 14, Milan was his favourite side. Also, Gianluigi made the choice to stay close to his brother Antonio, who was playing in the Rossoneri youth system at the time. On the other hand, I always supported Milan. The first car I painted was red and black, my wife instead supports Napoli.”
