Roberto Gagliardini’s agent, Giuseppe Riso, was interviewed by Juvenews.eu following his client’s brilliant debut yesterday when Inter overcame Chievo 3-1 at the San Siro.
“I didn’t have a chance to follow Inter – Chievo but I was flooded with messages from many people who complimented me for how he was playing. I am not astonished because I know perfectly well that this is just the beginning for Roberto, Inter have signed a fantastic player, you’re all in store to see great things.”
“I am not worried that the praises get to his head because he’s a serious professional, a great lad and a hard worker. Given his impressive physique Roberto knows that he has to work hard and try to remain in excellent physical condition every day. Gasperini stressed him every day to improve and that turned him into a great player. I’m happy that he’s found a great coach like Stefano Pioli at Inter who makes all his players run and work hard. Roberto knows what his qualities are and knows that he needs to work every day in order not to lose rhythm. He needs to train seriously and to play with continuity but if he continues down this path there will be no problems” Riso concluded.
