Marco Verratti could become the symbol of Suning’s new project. Suning wants an Italian Inter than competes at the highest levels on all fronts.

Inter are looking to beat Juventus to the Italian’s signature and are ready to spend 78 million EURO to bring him to Milano. The effort of Inter would be a considerable one, seeming as PSG has Verratti on a 7.5 million EURO wage per season. From there, we could see Inter players asking for more money, especially Icardi, who’s wife/agent suggested Icardi should be making much more than he currently is.

In the summer, Inter will be free from UEFA Financial Fair Play to operate in the market. Inter executives have been in contact with Verratti’s agent, Donato Di Campli, who has excellent relations with Juventus. Juventus’ directors do not intend to let Verratti slip away to Inter, knowing the absolute certainty of playing in Champions League and the emotional pull Juve has on Verratti could be used to their advantage as Verratti was a Juve fan growing up.

Spending 80 million EURO, however, for a player who Juve looked to buy 5 years ago for 10 million, would not be considered a good deal to Juve’s board.
