Gazzetta dello Sport report that Inter will today decide whether to put Gary Medel through physiotherapy alone or surgery to help him recover from his meniscus injury sustained in the derby. While therapy would see him return slightly sooner, it won’t completely correct the injury whereas surgery will at the cost of more time on the sidelines. Either way, the Bulldog won’t feature for Inter until after the winter break.
