Massimo Moratti spoke with FCInterNews.it regarding Juventus’ declined Calciopoli appeal:

“I think the result of the appeal is worth less than the memory and the facts of what happened at that time, Official acts are less important, it’s enough to remember. There isn’t much to say, it’s all clear. Am I satisfied? No, because there’s no need to be. The outcome from the judgement was a foregone conclusion, I didn’t waste too much time following this news. It’s not worth it.”

He then moved on to speak about the season so far for Inter: “On the pitch, the Nerazzurri have had a difficult start to the season, winless in their first two games after Frank de Boer replaced Roberto Mancini on the bench. There are a lot of new players, and it’s normal that when there are so many there’s renewed hope, but we have to be patient, especially at the start. I think it’s normal, necessary in some ways. We also should forget the sudden change of Coach, but this team still has important potential. At the beginning of every season there’s always so much optimism, mixed with realism. I think Inter are obligated to go to the Champions League.”
