Tuttosport reveal that Paris Saint Germain could appoint Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone in place of Laurent Blanc which indirectly impacts the future of the nerazzurri managerial role. For a long time Simeone has been linked with a return to the San Siro where he is adored after a playing spell but since Roberto Mancini is confirmed as coach for next year they could miss out on the Argentine: “If Mancini should remain and does not renew his deal, what will happen in 12 months time, when Simeone will not be available anymore? Very hard to define, but Blanc could be the ideal manager with international experience to guide Inter in the future. Also, Blanc is a former Inter players and was very close in joining Inter in 2009 when Moratti was seriously thinking of sacking Mourinho in December.”
