Now that former Inter goalkeeper Walter Zenga has took over as Sampdoria coach, the Genoese club can now start working on their inbound transfer market starting with their defence.

According to ‘Panorama’, Sampdoria are planning a swoop to take Daniele Rugani from Juventus on loan and to sign Roma’s Alessio Romagnoli, who has been on loan at the Blucherchiati this season.

Meanwhile talks continue with Inter for the services of Marco Andreolli who Sampdoria could buy outright for 3M Euro.
