Maurizio Zamparnini has kept the media updated about Paulo Dybala’s current situation at Palermo.  The Argentine will leave Palermo in the summer, and the charismatic president wants 40 million euros for Dybala.  Today, Zamparnini was interview by Laroma24.it:

“Have Roma made an approach for the boy?  Yes, they are interested in Dybala, but are yet to submit an official offer.  The Roman club have increased their interest in the lad recently.  I will meet with Sabatini in the coming days and we will see what will happen.”

Has the highest offer from an Italian club been 32 million euros from Juventus?

“If you do not give me 40 million euros, then I will not sell him to anyone.  He might go abroad.”

Has a 40 million euro offer arrived from abroad?

“Yes, big offers have come in.  The player would prefer to stay in Italy.  He would definitely get paid more abroad, but there is still money in Italy.”

Do you want 40 million without technical counterparts, or will you accept any youngsters in return?

“Probably not.  There might be some young players involved.  We will see.”
