He is one of the most interesting players in the Inter youth system, interesting enough for Roberto Mancini to promote him to the first team squad. Now George Puscas has been called up to the Romanian senior national team, and while back in his home country he had time to talk about his Inter experience with newspaper DigiSport. Among the discussed themes was head coach Roberto Mancini: “He has a different mentality compared to to the head coach I had earlier. He has worked in England where they have a different way of thinking, he has a different style and he gives a lot of opportunities to the younger players. We get a lot of advice and this is important for young players who need to develop on both a personal and a professional level”.
And then a comment on his experience with the national team: “I am ready to make my senior national debut. I need to play, but I think I’m ready, I can’t wait to begin. We have a great team, a good manager who wants to qualify for the Euro finals 2016 and I think we can do it. We are hopeful, there is confidence in this group because we are united. We need to play hard every game to win”.
