Lukas Podolski took to social media to express himself after his move to Inter had been made official.
“Now it’s official: I’m part of the glorious world-famous club Inter I’m greatful for the confidence the club has in me and will try pay it back with strong performances. I want to give a special thanks to coach Roberto Mancini who made a big effort for me to come to Inter, he made it an easy decision for me & also sports director Piero Ausilio who made this transfer happen. I hope to rank among club legends like Ronaldo, Zanetti, Klinsmann, Brehme, Matthäus and many others one day.”
Podolski has been selected by Roberto Mancini for the fixture against Juventus and therefore could make his debut for Inter as soon as tomorrow evening.
