Over the last few weeks the only rumours surrounding Portuguese defender Rolando have been those linking him to clubs other than the Nerazzurri. It had been thought that the Porto centre back would return to Inter last summer after a successful loan spell the season before. However his current club moved the price to a point which Inter couldn’t justify the purchase and any transfer has been on hold ever since. Today Gazzetta dello Sport reports that their could be a ‘parting in the clouds’ as Piero Ausilio will hold talks with Rolando’s agent. Could this lead to Mazzarri finally getting back the defender who served him so well last term?
