The day before Inter kick off their Europa League campaign against Icelandic outfit Stjarnan, president Erick Thohir wished to send the team a good luck message via inter.it:
“Tomorrow is our first competitive match of the season after a summer in which the team has worked hard and performed very well against tough opposition, with all of our games being played away from home. I’ve spoken to the coach and we’re pleased with the way we’ve been training in recent weeks. I have confidence in the team for tomorrow’s match and I wish them the best of luck.
