It had more quality: not only Ronaldo, there were Pagliuca, Bergomi, Zamorano, Simeone, who was a coach already on the pitch. In my small way I knew that he would become a great one. Mazzarri? Good and he wasn’t bad as a player either, I had him at Empoli, I promise: they called him the new Antognoni. Mourinho? I never liked the desire to always seek confrontation.
