Juventus will this week try once again to secure the signing of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid. If they fail Tuttosport suggests it will set up a ‘derby d’Italia’ on the transfer market. The Bianconeri’s alternatives to Morata are players whom the Nerazzurri have already shown an interest in. Victor Ibarbo of Cagliari together with Javier Hernandez (Manchester United) and Abel Hernandez (Palermo) are the names in question. For Ibarbo the Turin side are prepared to insert a counterpart to lower the cost, meanwhile the two Hernandez’s have both expressed their interest in making a move this summer.
