The Daily Star claim in an exclusive story that Arsenal full back Bacary Sagna has turned down Inter’s contract offer. After Erick Thohir confirmed the Nerazzurri’s interest in the player yesterday evening stating that “it was now up to him”, the English based paper reports that the French international has declined. Instead of heading to Italy Sagna has elected for Manchester, as he looks set to pen a lucrative deal with the Citizens. Inter’s search for a wide player will continue elsewhere.
