Rodrigo Palacio was interviewede in the radio-show Un Buen Momento on Radio La Red and had following things to say about the upcoming World Cup:

“Playing another World Cup would be the reward for all the sacrifices that I’m doing. Now that I’m older I can make the most out of this possibility. In this World Cup we can accomplish great things and the teams looks very good in my eyes, the group is united and we have many players who can do the difference.”

Palacio then talks abou a possible return to Boca:

“I have renewed with Inter and now I have two years left on my contract. Then it remains to see how I feel and if I will receive the possibility to play for Boca that is a great club. A couple of years ago Julio Falcioni(former Boca coach) called me and wanted me to return. But it was impossible because I had a contract with Genoa and I couldn’t leave.”
