Interviewed by Roberto Scarpini after Juventus-Inter the nerazzurro midfielder Saphir Taider analyzed the game at the Stadium like this;

“We tried our best, in the second half we wanted to start off very strong to win the game but after their goal it all became more difficult even though we didn’t play bad. We played the ball around and we created chances too. They are very good at closing down the spaces; they have a way of playing that puts the opponent in difficulty. Now we look forward, you grow from your losses as well. Our mind is on Sassuolo, the season is only halfway.”

Different paces, Taider continues;

“Not if you ask me. We held a high rhythm, when you lose it is easy to arrive at these conclusions. Now we need to work, from Tuesday we think about beating Sassuolo. Too little meanness? Maybe yes, but we tried to give our best. We will evaluate the game with the coach to be able to come out stronger from this evening.”
