This according to TuttoMercatoWeb, who state that the negotiations between Chelsea and St. Etienne are close to being concluded, where the French Ligue 1 outfit will receive 15 million Euro’s for the youngster but where Chelsea loan him back to St. Etienne until the end of this season before joining Chelsea’s pre-season camp ahead of next season under the watchful eyes of José Mourinho.
