It was a pretty happy Fredy Guarin that was interviewed by the Colombian newspaper El Tiempo and talked about the upcoming game with the national team and some other things:”I feel good, to play for the national team is an honor. It’s a good time for me and even though there is competition in this group, it is still a rivalry that only does good. You have to wait for the right opportunity to show what you can do. At Inter I play well, but on the national team, we must first take account of the needs of the national team’s coach.”

Guarin has complained of some injuries, especially the ankle: “Yes, I have experienced the problem, and it bothers me because the entire body weight is focused on the ankle. I just hope I can recover soon. I hope to get help from the medical staff to recover quickly.”
