Former Palermo coach Nedo Sonetti was interviewed by Radio Centro Suono regarding Inter’s dealings on the transfermarket: “The finacial situation in Italy is very difficult. Inter have to sell more than half of the club in order to invest on the transfer market. AC Milan are also in trouble from this aspect. In situations like these you can see the caliber of the teams who actually manage to conduct an intelligent transfer market without having to spend God knows how much money. Also, this Xenophilia which has become fashionable is really very embarassing.”
