Gianluca di Marzio writes on his blog about the situation for Mauricio Isla:

“A pause to reflect. Mauricio Isla is waiting to know his future as he keeps practising with Juventus. Juventus wants to value the situation and has taken 2-3 days to reflect. Everything seems to depend on what way Isla is sold because there are bureaucratic difficulties because of the co-ownership between Juventus and Udinese. Yesterday Inter had done a deal where the player would join the nerazzurri on a loan with an option to buy Juve’s 50% of the player. This deal was worth 7.5 million euros, but now Juventus wants to find a more suiting solution, while Isla waits..”

Authors comment: According to David Amoyal who works with Gianluca di Marzio there is an agreement between Juve and Udinese where Juve must buy the second half of Isla for 9 million euros next summer. If Isla joins Inter, it is unclear what will happen with this agreement and this might be what the clubs need to solve before Isla can join Inter.
