Andrea Ranocchia’a participation in today’s fixture against Genoa is looking very much in doubt, just as Andrea Stramaccioni explained during yesterdays pressconference ahead of the fixture at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris. Mediaset’s Inter-expert Matteo Barzaghi explains the situation: “Ranocchia will do his best right up to kick-off to be able to play. Should he not be able to play, Inter will field Pasa and Spendlhofer together in the heart of their central defence.”
