Former Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar has rubbished transfer links with Milan by saying “I’m still an Interista in my heart.”

Corriere della Sera recently claimed that the Brazilian player would be signed by Milan from QPR at the end of the season. But, in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, the custodian says he’s happy with life in the Premiership.

-Will I return to Milan? No. I’m learning a new language in London, the city is beautiful and my family is happy.

The treble-winning goalkeeper was shown the door by Inter in the summer after they decided to sign Samir Handanovic from Udinese.

-I was certainly not treated well by Inter, but I’m still an Interista in my heart. I love Italy, but I’ve been won over by the environment here.
